In my consultancy work, I have worked with organisations who value leadership and personal development of individuals. They are committed to creating and implementing positive change to deliver sustainable results.

My career spans over 20 years working with corporates, mid-market and start up firms in providing technology solutions to help organisations achieve their goals. During that time, I have worked with CEOs, the C-suite and teams facing diverse challenges.


The New Leadership enables people and organisations to achieve positive, sustainable results through a unique, hands on, action-oriented programme, working with people on all levels (from CEOs, team leaders, functional directors, and employees). With its training in personal leadership in business and life, over 95% of the clients are experiencing an improved ability to achieve results, and on average an improvement of 20%, ability is measured out of thousands of clients.

Since being formed in 2010, The New Leadership has provided training for over 400 companies, including senior management and employees from some of the largest global audit firms, banks and mid-market firms.

We provide bespoke training to help you fulfil your potential and can tailor our services to meet your individual needs.



As a consultant, I am working with the UK CEO of The New Leadership, Mamta Gera in delivering leadership and personal development training to organisations and individuals.


Mamta is currently running an emotional health and wellbeing programme which is now also available to my clients. Examples of the modules in the programme include:

Since 2019

I have also worked with the executive team on a change management project for a client within the UK public sector healthcare industry.


At the core of the project was improvement to employee wellbeing and personal development. The outcome sought was greater efficiency.

Success with this project has now led to a longer-term engagement with the client for ongoing and a well-rounded personal development programme including a focus on culture, habits and attitude to deal with change.
